Iphone 4 Java F8 CY how to get it to work!!!????

i need help on how to get the fake iphone 4 to work, i have a iphone 4 java F8 CY bought it off some kid and i dont know how to get apps and when i try to install the msn or facebook it gives me a tcard no space thing..... also i dont have any clue how to get the internet working on the phone, is it even wifi or do i need a personal connection ? anyone have any ideas and helpful advice please msg back thanks!
