For this you need to have a memory card for your phone, connect it to the computer and on the root of the memory card make a folder called "APPS" make sure it is in all caps, the inside the folder drag and drop a .jar and .jad file for your applicaton. When done, make sure your memory card is in the phone and go to Main Menu, My Stuff, then at the very bottom of the list you will see a new option called Media Card, open that, find your app, press Go then install.
