hi guys can anybody please tell me how to get the windows live off my phone like an idiot i put it on and now my phone either locks up or is so slow it is in reverse i've tried to remove it but it wont let me saying it is used by other progs i even did a hard reset but it is still there!! please help this is driving me loopy

go into programs and you should be able to remove it from there, --HTC touch, it should be similar for HTC diamond

thanks apollo but i did that before and all it says is that it can't be removed because it is used by other progs but i disabled them all before trying! god this is annoying and microsoft are trying to flog they're new windows phone i don't think so

the best way you could do is to reprogram your phone. try to go to their website. I was once before a Call Center CSR and Tech Support of Sprint (one of the network provider in the US) and we mostly got the issues resolve in HTC Touch, Diamond and TouchPro2.

I wouldn't use Windows on a cell phone if Microsoft paid me and gave me the phone, to boot. I can't stand it on computers, so I'll never use it on a phone.

Go with the Droid. In fact, if you can swing it, get the Incredible. I own a Google Nexus One, which is very similar, and it's a great device.
