video and pics

hi guys am totally new to the 3g on phones i have a 990i which i use for browsing as i don't have a computer trouble is i can never get pics from the web or video i.e msn say they don't support video for my device and the same for the bbc iplayer have i just wasted my money on this phone or do i need to spend more money to get something else for it? at the moment to my mind it is just a piece of junk despite all the rav reviews i read about it!!

the ku99i is quite good, infact 5 megapixel cameras are actually better than 8, but yes for online stuff its not too good, if you want good online performance and compatibilty with stuff like msn, you'd be better of with phones that operate on windows mobile, maybe a HTC or new n97, if you want a good internet phone, i'd say go for a windows mobile system, it should have wi-fi, even most HTC phones come with msn pre installed on them. to be honest lg phones arent all that, even i'm not satisfied with the renoir. Always make sure you read the LATEST reviews.

yes i have been offered a good deal from orange pay £99 for n97 and stay on my present plan for another 12 month which i think i'm going to take.

wow thats really good, and i think thats a brilliant deal, and the n97 will be perfect for what you would like to do, and the wi-fi will also give you a better connection also there will be many apps and games available for that phone.

hi guys further to earlier post, the deal i was offered from orange fell through as they say when they got some to test the n97 just did not do the job?? oh well back to the drawing board any more suggestions for a good internet phone gratefully accepted

I think you should look towards somethng more like a PDA or smartphone, they are very good with internet stuff and most of them also have very good processers and RAM memory, alot better then the average mobile phone, do some research on HTC phones, they are pretty good, most of them come installed with messenger and internet apps. watch some vids on youtube on HTC phones, it might be wat ur looking for, good luck!

went with the htc diamond which i got for free on a £15 a month deal now at last i can get what i need out of my phone. i don't think i'll ever buy another lg though the viewty was rubbish. must admit though still can't get msn video on it despite it being windows op system i still get that msn does not support my device, otherwise well happy with this one thanks guys

yh, HTC phones are pretty decent, i dont no of many phones that actually have msn video chat

may somewoane tell me how to get work my youtube site on my lg viewty ? thx

N97 is good and you can do almost evrything with your new phone. and nice deal.
