Finance advise on finding out how bad my debts really are?

Please help!!! I have a number of debts from previous addresses but have no idea how much. I beleive it maybe in excess of £25K but with intrest this could be doubled. Im currently not regestered at an address as Im scared I will get arrested because of the debts. My debt consist of, utility bills, Loans and credit cards. How can I resolve this problem as im scared. The debt accured approximatly 3 years ago.. Really need help and support. Please answer soon.
