Wall fountains that don't flow smoothly?

I have two beautiful Slate Wall fountains in my indoor entry. The problem I'm having with them is, I'm constanty having to climb up and brush the copper pipe where the water flows from, to unplug the holes so that they flow over the entire surface. I put a little bleach in the water the other day thinking it may be a build-up of scum. Also tried a little bit of of scented oil from a plug-in freshener. Strange question I know...but any ideas?

In villages, very nice. In Barcelona / Madrid, you'd feel they're a bit rude if you don't know them especially if you don't speak the language (especially salespeople, etc.) but once you get to know them and become friends, they're nice. And people you work / study with usually take the time to get to know you so you'll find they're really nice.

for dippers use kabob sticks or dipping sticks. Cookies, various fruits and marshmallows and pretzels and brownies are good in chocolate too! You can buy them at your local grocery store. The chocolate maybe find a recipe for cookies or fudge but doesn't it have oil in it?
