RCT - how's it done?

just as a matter of completeness, you could have the tooth removed and it would
screw up the ortho unless it was replaced with an implant. you and your
dentist might want to discuss the pros and cons of treating the tooth and then
restoring it with an implant versus extracting it and implanting the site.
both plans have good and bad points.
