Nippe pain

I had under muscle, 300cc, gummybear, through aereola 15 months ago. For the first 4 months my breast were so painful that I couldn't even let shower water hit them. Then the bottom of the breast went numb and the nipples turned into so much pain that they can't be touched at all. It hurts very bad and it's been 15 months now. Can you please tell me what this is and will it ever get better. I know that the numbness could be nerve related but seems like it would be better by now. I am more concerned\bothered with the pain.
