Size Difference - Help!

I had my surgery May 29th. My right breast is much fuller around than my left. So much that when I wear shirts they always tend to move or sag to the right since it is much fuller. I was so excited to buy some of those cute tube shirt dresses but they look funny since my left is smaller. I have to really mess with my clothes to look even. Any suggestions? Is it possible for the doc to fill up my left a little and is he going to charge me? I told him in the begining that I was conserned that they were uneven from the begining and he said it was just extra skin and after the surgery I wouldnt even be able to tell. Not sure what do do but I spent a lot of money to not be happy./
