brest pocket revision surgury

Hi, It has been about a year and my rt brest never dropped. my doc. said it was a capsule contracture. anyway I recently had a "brest pocket revision" where the doc makes a incision to open up the pocket to bring the implant down. The surgury was minor and I feel l100% better. However, after research, it appears that this is not a very effective proceedure and capsule can shoot the brest high again. Anyone else have this experience.?
