LG viewty smart Problem

Hi,
If is connect my LG viewty Smart with the cable to my computer i can't make connection, it shows an error translated (error 038 failed to create temp folder uninstallMSI32.exe)
can anny1 help me please?

hmm, 
try and change the connectivity type from the setting- like change the USB connectivity settings to mass storage. i'm not sure but it might be that the lg pc suite isnt installed properly on you computer, try and reinstall that.

the usb driver might be corrupted........ try to re install them.......

I've re installed the pc suit but it doesn't work
it shows me every time again the same error :'(

try to redownload the software. i suggest to download the latest software on the website.
