Anybody know how to add more themes to the KC910 than just the black and white ones?

You can't add more themes but only one theme every time.If you still want to change theme goto mygreatphone.com and search at the renoir forum for more information.
There is a tutorial too for how to make your own theme(a bit dificult,and you need adobe flash for that)

try to google tiger skin for lg renoir. it's a nice theme.
