Find something you enjoy: If you are busy and can't hold a regular 30 minute's exercise, you will have to look for something that interests you and stick with it, and then gradually it will become a routine activity. Like you may think of taking a walk with friends, jogging, biking or any thing that works best for you and that interests you. This also prevents that extra weight you lose from ever coming back as you will make it your day-to-day activity.
