Can I sue my housing association for carbon monoxide poisoning?
My family have been suffering symptoms of mild poisoning for a long time without knowing it. It was only found when my central heating stopped working. I now have to have hours of major work done on my system. I have reported a smell of gas outside the house for 10 years only to be told I was dreaming or it was simply an overflow of gas dissipating safely in the air. We are all tired of being tired, having headaches and feeling like we have colds/flu. What should I do please.
